Is the Liva a real coach?

No, Liva is not a real human coach; it is a chatbot. A chatbot (from “chat” + “robot”) is an automated, text-based dialogue system. Our chatbot works in a similar way to a real coach in that it seeks to enter into a dialogue based on your needs and habits, which may give the impression that you are conversing with a real person; however, this is not the case at any time.
